Our choir will join with the choir from the West Richmond Friends Meeting to present a Christmas cantata on Sunday, December 6th. The combined choir will perform at both worship services - 9:30am with West Richmond Friends and 10:30am with us. Nearly 30 singers will take part in the program, featuring familiar carols arranged by John Rutter. Come and as we celebrate the coming of the Christ child through singing and scripture as part of this exciting and unique worship gathering! | ||

The Love Feast is a longstanding practice of embodied worship and is open to anyone who would like to participate. At 6pm on Thursday, April 1st, we will gather for prayer and singing, washing one another's feet, and sharing in a fellowship meal that concludes with the bread and cup of communion. Tenebrae is a somber and prayerful worship gathering remembering the events that took place on Good Friday, culminating in the crucifixion of Christ. At 8:30pm on Good Friday (April 2nd) we will gather in the dim light of the evening to sing, contemplate, and pray in the shadow of the cross, recounting the dark path to the crucifixion. At the end of our time together we will depart in silence into the darkness of the night. All are welcome. | ||

The Richmond Computer Hardware Co-op is re-launching in a larger space, and we'd like to invite you to come check it out!  The Hardware Co-op accepts donations of computers and things that plug into them, fixes and redistributes what we can, and responsibly recycles what we can't.Our volunteers appreciate helping to handle e-waste responsibly and "helping the needy get nerdy", but we also get to learn a good deal technology in the process. Our infrastructure includes cloud hosting, a thin-client system, a wireless repeater with DD-WRT, and other technologies we don't always get to play with at home or work. Stop by during the following times for a brief tour, more information, and if you'd like, the opportunity to directly help out as we prepare to hand off a good deal of non-working hardware to Earlham's recycling day next weekend. We will be open during the following times: Saturday, October 9th from 1pm to 4pm Tuesday, October 12th from 6pm to 9pm | ||

The Clear Creek Food Co-op is sponsoring cooking classes that will take place in our church's kitchen! On October 23rd, come learn about the healing properties of food and how to keep your whole family healthy by eating better. This class will be taught by Kurt Ritchie, a member of the Richmond CoB. The cost for co-op members is $5 and $10 for non-members. The registration fee will go to cover supplies for the class.
