On Sunday October 4th at 6pm we will recognize World Communion Sunday as we gather for Love Feast. The Love Feast is our tradition's expression of communion, and is a lived-out remembering of the last supper Jesus shared with his disciples. All are welcome to come and participate in this deep, authentic expression of community and faith.

We will begin in the sanctuary with a time of personal reflection and preparation, have a time of sharing and conversation in small groups, and then move downstairs to the fellowship hall. There, anyone who would like to is invited to participate in the practice of footwashing, a remembering and re-enacting of the actions of Jesus in John 13. We will then gather around tables for a fellowship meal that concludes with the sharing of the bread and cup.
